1. Why do you use a soy wax blend? We use a soy wax blend because it allows your candle to burn longer, cleaner and also retains its scent. They are 80% soy. 2. How long will my candle burn? The candle burn time depends on the size that you purchase. Our tiny tins burn for 18 hours, the large tins for 40 hours and the tall glass votive burns for 60 hours. The candles burn to form a pool of wax that then burns down evenly, leaving you with an almost empty container with little waste of wax. 3. What kind of wicks do you use? The wick has a paper core and is lead-free. 4. What kind of oils do you use for your scents? We use an essential-oil based formula which means that our fragrances are derived from the true root of a scent. We provide you with a unique selection of fragrances which you may not be able to find just anywhere. 5. What are your shipping charges? We currently use the United States Postal Service to ship orders.
Typically, the USPS takes 3-5 business days. Occasionally adverse weather conditions (ie. blizzards, floods, etc) can delay shipping times. There is nothing that Lights Out or the USPS can do about any weather delays. 6. If I don't live within the United States, am I still able to order? Lights Out welcomes international orders!
However, express delivery is not available and shipping may have additional
costs. Residents in Canada will be responsible for all duties. Please
